Platform Usage Rules

MileDating is a niche trucker dating service designed to connect CDL drivers, blue-collar workers, and women who appreciate the long-haul lifestyle. To maintain a safe and authentic community, all members must follow these rules:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under U.S. law to use this platform.
• Accurate Information: All profile details - including age, location, occupation, and photos - must be truthful and current. MileDating verifies photos through reverse image search and may request identity confirmation at any time.
• One Account Per Person: Creating multiple profiles or sharing login credentials is prohibited. Inactive accounts are periodically removed to keep the community genuine.
• Respectful Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate account termination. MileDating is a community, not a marketplace.
• No Commercial Use: Using the platform to promote businesses, products, or services is strictly prohibited. Profiles exist for personal dating connections only.
• Communication Tools: Asynchronous messaging, voice notes, and low-data features are provided for building genuine relationships. Misuse for spam, mass messaging, or automated outreach is not permitted.

Subscriptions and Refund Policy

MileDating offers both free and premium tiers. Creating a profile and browsing matches is always free. Premium subscriptions unlock features such as unlimited messaging, Route-Match priority, voice messaging, and advanced filters.

Billing and Renewal

• Premium plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select at checkout.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All pricing is displayed in U.S. dollars with no hidden fees. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of a new subscription purchase if you have not sent more than 5 messages. Contact our support team to request a refund.
• Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days, minus a small processing fee.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Prohibition of Fraud and Scams

Truck drivers are a frequent target for romance scammers due to long periods of isolation and financial stability. MileDating takes a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent activity on our trucker dating service.

Member Responsibilities

• Never send money to anyone you meet on this platform, regardless of the story or emotional appeal.
• Report suspicious behavior using the in-app report button or by contacting our safety team directly.
• Do not share sensitive personal information such as your Social Security number, banking details, or home address with unverified matches.
• Members found engaging in fraudulent activity - including catfishing, phishing, or financial scams - will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MileDating - including the logo, brand name, page designs, Route-Match algorithm, and written materials - is owned by MileDating and protected under U.S. intellectual property law.

Member-Submitted Content

• You retain ownership of photos, messages, and profile text you upload to the platform.
• By uploading content, you grant MileDating a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform for the purpose of facilitating matches and communication.
• You may not upload content that infringes on another person's intellectual property, including copyrighted photos or trademarked material.
• MileDating reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Platform Ownership

• The MileDating name, logo, and all proprietary features are trademarks of MileDating. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Scraping, copying, or redistributing platform content - including member profiles - is strictly forbidden.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform's operation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
