About MileDating
We're not another swipe app. We're a trucker dating service built by people who know what it means to live on the road - and we're here to help hardworking drivers find someone worth driving home for.
Our Mission
MileDating exists to prove that truck drivers don't have to choose between the career they've built and the relationship they deserve. Every day, thousands of CDL holders log endless miles, deliver the goods that keep this country running, and come home to an empty cab. We're here to change that - by connecting drivers with women who already understand the long-haul lifestyle and admire the dedication it takes.
We believe in real connections, not endless swiping. We believe in voice messages sent during HOS breaks, not ghosting after two days. And we believe that a niche trucker dating site can do what Tinder and Bumble never will: bring together people who share the same values, the same roads, and the same vision of a life well-traveled.
Why We Built MileDating
MileDating started with a simple conversation at a truck stop in Nebraska. Our founder, a former dispatcher who spent a decade routing freight across I-80, watched too many drivers walk into the fuel island looking exhausted - not from the miles, but from the loneliness.
He'd hear the same story over coffee at the counter: drivers trying Tinder, Bumble, and every mainstream app, only to be met with confusion about their schedule, frustration about distance, and matches who couldn't understand why someone would be gone for three weeks at a time. According to a JW Surety Bonds survey, 90% of truck drivers say it's difficult to form and maintain relationships due to their profession, and 42% believe they'll remain single forever because of trucking demands.
That's when the idea took shape: what if there were a dating platform built specifically for the trucking community? Not a generic app with a "trucker" filter bolted on - a real trucker dating site from the ground up, with route-aware matching, async messaging for HOS breaks, and a community of women who already love the road-life culture.
In 2024, MileDating launched. Today, we're proud to be the trucker dating service that thousands of drivers trust with their search for something real.

What We Stand For
Three values guide everything we build, every match we make, and every mile we help close the distance on.
Honesty
Verified profiles, transparent pricing, and no hidden algorithms. We tell you exactly how matching works, what your data is used for, and what to expect from every conversation.
Hard Work
We admire the people who keep America moving. Our platform is built to work as hard as you do - reliable on weak signal, efficient during short HOS breaks, and always there when home time comes around.
Respect
Every member - driver or partner - deserves to be treated with dignity. We have zero tolerance for harassment, scams, or fake profiles. Our safety team works around the clock to keep the community trustworthy.
The Team Behind the Road
We're a small team of former trucking-industry professionals, software engineers, and community managers who believe niche dating can change lives.

Why Niche Dating Works Better
Generic dating apps were built for people who live in one city and go home to the same apartment every night. Truck drivers don't live that way - and trying to fit a long-haul lifestyle into a radius-based swipe app is like trying to parallel-park a 53-foot trailer in a compact car space. It just doesn't work.
Niche trucker dating platforms outperform Tinder and Bumble on nearly every metric that matters to drivers. The audience already understands CDL life. Matching follows interstate corridors instead of a fixed radius. Asynchronous messaging works during HOS breaks. And the rate of bots and romance scammers is dramatically lower because every profile goes through verification. “We didn't build MileDating to compete with Tinder. We built it because Tinder was never going to work for someone who sleeps in a different zip code every night.” - James Carter, Founder
